We process Customer Data solely on your behalf as a data processor, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. We do not use Customer Data for our own business purposes.

• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

PropAlpha is headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. For transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. A copy of our Data Processing Agreement, including applicable SCCs, is available upon request.

8.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to receive it in a structured, machine-readable format.

8.2 Correction
